Well?
Do you agree with this issue's Editor's Choice, "Events in Which..."?
Or are you a Brand/X fan? Or the Sentinels? Or maybe you love reading about hog castrations?
Whatever the case, let's hear from you! |

Sorry, Frank, but I'm not enamored with "Events in Which..." It felt too familiar after reading Soon I Will Be Invinicible. Not a bad story, but I just read one that was too similar.
Generally, I'd completely refuse to consider any origin story as the best. That's my bias, but "Hail the Conquering Hero" turned my bias on its butt. I guess the end justifies the beginning. I think the story could have been executed a little better, maybe more foreshadowing, but overall, the story addresses an issue with the field of superhero fiction. I'd love to say more, but I don't want to be a spoiler.
Of course, "Feed" is a fabulous story, but again, that's my bias. |

Issue #7 contributor Lawrence Conquest has weighed in with a review of this issue on his blog: you can read it HERE.
He's particularly fond of "Events in Which", "Hail the Conquering Hero", and "Pig Boy".
Thanks, Lawrence! |

| If my calculations are correct, we're in the last few days of the online version of issue 7. Any more comments before the free version disappears? |
